Salted Date Caramel Sauce (vegan)

Caramel sauce without sugar? You heard it right this delicious sauce tastes just like regular salted caramel but it's much better for you: it's made from dates and I promise you won't want to eat regular caramel after you tried this ever again!

For 4 servings (100 kcal/ serving)
Ingredients:
6 medjool dates
10-20 ml of water
a pinch of salt
Directions:
Ina food processor blend your pitted dates, salt and add the water slowly until you reach your desired consistency and it's ready! I usually serve it with apple slices, oatmeal or with my Mango-Banana-Caramel Smoothie Bowl, but feel free to eat it with whatever you desire.
