Strawberry-Vanilla Smoothie Bowl (vegan)

This smoothie bowl is super creamy, and the vanilla- strawberry combo makes it taste like a strawberry milkshake- but it's actually really healthy! So...what are you waiting for?

For 1 bowl (400- 450 kcal with toppings)


Ingredients:

For the smoothie

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 150 g frozen strawberries

  • some soy milk for blending (depends on how powerful your blender is)

  • 1 tsp vanilla

Toppings:

  • 1 tbsp tahini

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • a handful of homemade chocolate granola


Directions:

Blend the frozen bananas and strawberries in a high-speed blender until smooth (you may need some liquid if your blender is not powerful enough, I used vanilla soy milk). Pour it in a bowl and top it with your favorite toppings.
