Chocolate- Banana Smoothie Bowl (vegan)

I was obsessed with smoothies and banana ice cream when I first went vegan, but after a while I just got tired of them and stopped making them for a while. Once when I ran out of oats I decided to make banana ice cream instead, and I created the best one in my whole entire life, so now I'm obsessed again! I hope you try it and like it as much as I do:)

For 1 bowl (around 400-450 kcal with toppings)


Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1/4 cup soy milk

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened!)

  • toppings ( a drizzle of tahini, homemade chocolate granola)


Directions:

Put the frozen bananas, soy milk and cocoa powder in a high speed blender or food processor and blend it until it's smooth. Top it with fruit, nut butter, granola, or anything you like (I used tahini and homemade chocolate granola, it's my favorite combination ever) and enjoy!
