BBQ Burger Patties (vegan)

For 6 patties (75 kcal/patty)
Ingredients:
200 g frozen broccoli
200 g canned beans
25 g breadcrumbs
20 g flour
3 tbsp BBQ sauce (make sure it's vegan!)
3 tsp mustard
Directions:
First steam/ saute your frozen broccoli with water and a pinch of salt. When it's soft add it to a blender/ food processor along with the other ingredients. Blend it but make sure there are still some chunks left in the mixture. Form the dough into 6 patties (it might be sticky but eventually you'll b able to make them, if not add some more flour). You can bake them in the oven, fry the in oil, or a non-stick pan (as I did). (Obviously the oil will add calories so if you want to keep it 75 kcal/patty don't use oil). Your patties are ready when they are golden-brown and crispy on the outside and have firmed up a bit on the inside too. Enjoy them in a burger, on top of buddha bowls, salads, or as a healthier snack with ketchup.
